Founding member and Elder Najera Johnson is an innovative leader with 25 years of experience in the youth development space on both the grantor and grantee sides.

Previously serving as Human Services Planner and Contract Manager for Kids Hope Alliance and the City of Jacksonville as well as Program Coordinator and Manager for the Boys & Girls Club B.O.L.D Project, Police Athletic League and other programs she provides a wealth of knowledge. We look forward to Elder Johnson leading our child development center, Soar Christian Academy.

She obtained her undergraduate degree from Florida A & M University in Broadcast Journalism, minoring in Marketing and her Master of Business Administration from Webster University. Her next endeavor in academia is a Doctorate of Divinity.

Faithful to God and dedicated to Dove Outreach Center Inc. Elder Johnson has served for a number of years as Youth Pastor, Minister of Music and Public Relations Specialist. Najera means one who strengthens. And she is resolute on living up to her name. She thanks God for choosing her for a ministry such as this.
